       We are looking for a Sourcing Specialist (HR Recruiter) to support our recruiting team and help us place required candidates within specified time.
      2. Sourcing Specialist responsibilities include searching Job-Portals/social networks to identify potential candidates, sending recruiting emails and organizing an effective employee referral system. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should combine knowledge of sourcing techniques with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
      3. The ideal candidate shall be responsible for building a strong talent pipeline for our companys current and future staffing needs.
      4. Knowledge of using all kind of Job-Portals, social media networks to look for and connect with potential candidates
      5. Interact with various kind of professionals on niche platforms
      6. Review online profiles/resumes to pre-screen candidates
      7. Identify each positions requirements
      8. Send recruiting emails and follow up with candidates
      9. Ask for referrals from internal and external networks
      10. Contact past applicants for new job opportunities
      11. Develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals
      12. Log candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System and other internal databases
      13. Identify hiring needs and proactively source potential hires
      14. Measure and report on recruiting metrics, like source of hire and time-to-fill.
