Looking for dynamic and smart working Business Development Manager
Experience : 3-5 yrs
Location : Bangalore (Marathahalli)
Roles and Responsibilities : –
Responsible for Sales & Client acquisition which involves mapping the market, pitching, contract negotiation, and sign up.
– Aggressive prospecting in the respective market for prospective clients and maintaining a healthy prospect funnel
– Ability to build /nurture/grow a strong network of people/channels (internally and externally) for lead generation
– Meeting up regularly with Strategic Heads/Business Heads/CXO levels of various companies to get insights on their HR plans and provide staffing solutions accordingly
– Ensuring sign-ups with clients using pricing framework
– Responsible for the complete business development cycle. Tracking of new projects, competitors activities & performance, sensing new changes in the market & evolving new models
– Evolving SLA’s specific to client requirements & business processes
– Collating inputs of client specifications and presenting them to the delivery team and ensuring a smooth transition of assignments.
Desired Candidate Profile :
– Expertise & knowledge in Sales & BD in Staffing
– Should be passionate about sales & have the drive to chase numbers
– Must possess a flair for market research, gathering market intelligence & marketing activities
– Strong negotiation & convincing skills
– Should be capable of handling client escalations effectively and promptly
– Strong in communication with external & internal stakeholders
– Must be high on convincing & negotiation skills.
– Must be capable of putting across his points & convincing stakeholders concerned .
