Support and Maintenance Team – Two (2)

a) Certification in the proposed IMIS product from an OEM authorized Training Centre
b) Professional Qualification: Bachelor‘s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering,
Information Technology or Statistics degree with an IT bias or related degree
c) IMIS Support & Maintenance Experience: Minimum of 3 years with at least one IS or ERP support & maintenance service for a period of 1 year
d) Should be able to provide complete hands-on support to the team at the
site.
